30 Day Trial

When you first apply for the 30 day £5.00 trial, we will send you details on which sessions are suitable/available based on the information you have given us.

In order to sign up, we will send you instructions on how to create an account on our booking system, including a link to create an account.

You will then be able to purchase your 30 day trial using a credit/debit card and let us know which session(s) you’d like to attend during this period.

During your 30 day trial, we will guarantee the customer at least 3 group sessions. If this was not possible due to session cancellations or breaks in our coaching programme then we will extend your trial until the 3 sessions have been reached. The trial will not be extended if a customer has not attended sessions that have gone ahead.

We will be in contact with you during the trial to see how you’re getting on. If you would like to continue attending lessons, we will provide you with details of our monthly coaching plans and how to sign up. If you choose not to continue then there is no further commitment (although we’ll be sad to see you leave!).


Coaching Plans

Monthly coaching plan payments are evenly divided over 11 months. All monthly payments will be paused during August as there are no sessions and resume automatically in September (you do not need to cancel your coaching plan). When you first purchase a coaching plan you will be billed on that day a prorated amount until the end of the month. Thereafter, coaching plan payments will be billed on the 1st of each month.

Our regular coaching programmes run over 40 weeks per year. Some months will contain more lessons than others. We usually have a 1 week break during half term holidays, 2 week breaks at Easter and Christmas and approximately a month’s break during August. An annual coaching calendar can be found on the Adult or Junior pages of the site.

On2Court reserve the right to change the day/time of sessions and the coach running the sessions. Where possible we will try to give as much notice of any changes and accommodate players onto different sessions if necessary.

Payments are collected by direct debit by our provider GoCardless (gocardless.com) via our TeamUp booking system and automatically recur every month. If your direct debit payment fails, we will notify you by email. If any outstanding payments are not settled, On2Court reserves the right to suspend/cancel the coaching plan until the fees are recovered.

Our coaching plans vary in price depending on how often you would like to play and whether you are a member of the club you attend (non member plans are set at a higher price). If you become a club member after signing up for a coaching plan, let us know by email and we will adjust your plan accordingly to the members rate to take effect the following month.

All coaching plans are non-transferable.


Cancellation of Coaching Plans

If you wish to cancel your coaching plan (which you may do at any point), you must inform On2Court via email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) of your intention. On2Court requires at least 14 days notice of the cancellation so we are able to cancel your direct debit payment for the following month.

Your plan and any other benefits included in that plan will expire at the end of the month.


Missed Sessions/Refunds

We will always try to run sessions where possible so players should come dressed appropriate to the weather conditions.

If a session is cancelled in advance then the coach will contact you via text message/email. Sometimes due to changeable weather conditions or a coach running back to back sessions it is not always possible to cancel in advance so to avoid potentially missing out on sessions then players are advised to arrive expecting to play.

The coach running the session is responsible for making the decision as to whether it goes ahead. No other coach or representative of On2Court will be able to make that decision. Contact details for all our coaches can be found in ‘The Team’ section of our website if you’d like to contact them, however be aware that they may be running back to back sessions and therefore not always able to respond.

If a previous session has been cancelled due to weather, it doesn’t necessarily mean that all sessions on that day are cancelled so please confirm this with the respective coach.

If your venue has some form of available indoor facility, coaches may run an adapted session which could cover physical, technical, tactical or other skills.

If you inform us that you are going to miss a session, then you are entitled to attend an alternative session (subject to availability). If we have to cancel a session due to weather, coach illness/holiday etc. we will ask you to attend an alternative session. If this really isn’t possible then if you notify us we will credit the session to your account which will come off future coaching fees. Refunds will not be offered.

Once paid, your coaching plan is non-refundable. Coaching plans can be paused (at the discretion of On2Court) for the reasons of major injury/illness or other unforeseen circumstances. Please note, this does not apply to minor injuries, holidays etc.


Weather

If a previous session has been cancelled due to weather, it doesn’t necessarily mean that all sessions on

that day are cancelled.
If your venue has some form of available indoor facility, coaches may run an adapted session which could cover, physical, technical, tactical or other skills.


Holiday Camps (Bourne, Market Deeping, Wisbech)

To attend any of our holiday camps, you need to purchase a 1, 3 or 5 session pack. These packs do not expire so can be used over different holiday periods. The session packs are non-refundable.

If your child is unable to attend a camp on any given day due to illness/injury then you are able to attend an alternative day (subject to availability).

If there is inclement weather then subject to the club facilities, camps may be moved indoors whereby the activities will be adapted to the space available.

If a camp is cancelled for whatever reason then players can transfer onto a different date.

The type/length of holiday camps on offer can vary from venue to venue. This, along with differing running costs will mean that the cost may also differ.


Holiday Camps (Other Venues)

We do run camps at external venues. In these circumstances, then session packs specific to these venues must be purchased.

As we often don’t run camps at these venues all year round then the following refund policy applies;

Cancellation 21 days or more before camp = 100% Refund

Cancellation 7-20 days before camp = 50% Refund

Cancellation less than 7 days before camp = No Refund

If a player cannot attend a session, if possible we can move them onto another date or another venue.


Tournaments

If a tournament is cancelled for whatever reason, then if we are unable to move players onto another event then we will offer a full refund.

The following cancellation policy applies to tournaments;

Cancellation 14 days or more before camp = 100% Refund 

Cancellation 5-13 days before camp = 50% Refund 

Cancellation less than 4 days before camp = No Refund 


Change of Contact Details

If any of your contact details change, please inform us ASAP so we can update your profile.


Price Changes

On2Court may need to increase the cost of coaching plans/other activities from time to time. If we increase the price of our coaching plans then we will give you at least 30 days notice. Your usual right to cancel your coaching plan remains subject to our general terms and conditions.


Disputes/Complaints Procedure

We would like to think that wherever possible, any issues can be resolved between player, parent and coach by being honest and transparent at all times. On2Court will investigate the issue and look to resolve the matter in a timely and suitable manner.


On2Court Shop

Equipment

When making a purchase on tennis equipment in the shop, usually your order will be passed onto your On2Court coach for you to collect from your preferred venue. It is sometimes possible for us to deliver orders to you depending on your location. For in stock items, we will aim for you to have your order within 7-10 days of purchase. Any items ordered through the website are returnable for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, providing they are unused and in their original packaging. The purchaser must cover the cost of any delivery cost incurred. If an item is purchased face to face then no refund will be offered unless the product is faulty.

Clothing

Any clothing items ordered are subject to the same terms and conditions as tennis equipment. If you have ordered any personalised clothing items, then these are non refundable.
